Returns & Exchanges
EXCESS ONLY has a 14-day return policy: You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/ postmark it back to our studio for a refund or exchange.
Please get in contact with our team via Instagram DM or email. Let us know your order number, full name and reason for return.
Return the original order with your preferred shipper. Please be sure to send us the tracking number.
Once we have received your return, the studio will confirm the condition of your returned items. All approved returns will be issued as soon as possible (currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase).
Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at excess-only.com
Please note that where the exchanged item is different from the price of the returned item, the customer will bear the cost of the difference.
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible.
Please note that if the refund is requested by the customer, we will only refund the monetary value of goods.
- The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
- The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase.
- The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account.
- If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
- The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.
- If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid — that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
- If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher.
- If customers have ordered multiple items to qualify for free shipping, then make a partial return of their order, the price of shipping will be deducted from the customers return.
- The total refund is for purchased items only. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.
- Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tags still attached.
- If you did not find your country during the checkout process, please get in touch with us to see if we can arrange to ship to you!
- If your item has been customised, please note we will not be able to refund or exchange your item/s.
We don’t believe in regular sales, our pricing model is direct to consumer which means that we have tried to eliminate as many third-party markups as possible, leaving you with what really matters — fairly paid factory workers, quality fabrics and well made clothing.
If you do happen to catch one of our sample sales, please note that all purchases are final (item/s cannot be returned or exchanged).
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt.
EXCESS ONLY is not responsible for the non-delivery of packages that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and your package is lost or undelivered, EXCESS ONLY is not responsible.
If you have inputted the incorrect address on your order, CANCEL your order immediately by logging into your account or contact us at email@example.com. Then, place your order again using the correct address. Once your package is processed and shipped, we cannot make any more modifications to your shipment.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; EXCESS ONLY WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT OF YOUR ORDER.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
EXCESS ONLY does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We will only refund the purchase price paid for the item, but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition, EXCESS ONLY reserves the right to charge you for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned and we are charged by the custom department for recovering the returned package.
You are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods back to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item.
Note: The shipment of any returned product that might be shipped if there’s a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you’ll be the exporter from the original shipping destination responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country.
When you return goods, please mark your parcel as “returned goods” otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.
