EXCESS ONLY offers free shipping on all orders over €400 in Europe. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
DHL usually operates between 9am-6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
Please note:
Where a customer is entitled to free shipping and returns one of the items being less than €400 thus ineligible for free shipping, then EXCESS ONLY shall only refund the customer the value of the returned good minus the cost of standard shipping to his – her country.
For orders within Europe, the price of products is inclusive of taxes but excludes customs duties. We are currently shipping from 2 key of our locations: London, UK and Italy.
For orders outside Europe, all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
EXCESS ONLY cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or customs delays. All orders are fully traceable through DHL.com
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the courier tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
